OFFERING · PLATFORM ENGINEERING & DEVOPS

Self-Service
DevOps Platform

From commit to running system in minutes. On any substrate.
A platform where everyone who touches software works alone. Developers build and deploy self-service. Third-party suppliers of off-the-shelf or custom software deploy self-sufficiently through the same interface. App and product owners move their product through dev, test, pre-production, and production on their own. A new project can start from scratch and reach production without involving a single DevOps engineer, SRE, sysadmin, or network administrator.

From declaration
to running system

Engineers and AI agents declare in Git. A reviewed change becomes a running system through continuous reconciliation, under the same guardrails.

Who declares
Engineer
Declares in Git Environments and platform services as code.
AI agent
Same Git flow Everything the platform provides, an agent can use.
01 / Shared entry
Git review & policy gates Scanning, signing, policy-as-code gates, and admission control run on every change. Reviewed, approved, versioned, and auditable by construction.
02 / Continuous reconciliation
Reviewed change, running system A reviewed change becomes a running system. No tickets, no drift, no side-channel changes.
Your data center Under your own control.
Any hyperscaler The same workflows.
Hybrid The same guardrails.
Same workflows and guardrails everywhere, in a data center, a hyperscaler, or hybrid.
An engineer and an AI agent declare through the same Git review and policy gates. Continuous reconciliation turns the reviewed change into a running system in a data center, a hyperscaler, or a hybrid estate, with the same guardrails everywhere.
Who it's for

The queue is the problem.

Your delivery runs on tickets.

01
A new environment takes weeks. Each deployment costs man-hours of coordination. Developers idle while infrastructure catches up, and every security review is a meeting. AI made writing software fast; your delivery didn't follow.

Or you're building cloud-native on-premises.

02
You want the developer experience of a hyperscaler (environments on demand, pipelines, self-service everything) inside your own data center, under your own control. This is the thing we are asked for most.
What we build

Everything declared.
Everything reconciled.

Infrastructure as Data plus GitOps, productized. All infrastructure (compute, networking, storage, container orchestration, and commodity services such as databases, cache, queues, event streaming, API management, ingress, DNS, and secrets) is expressed as standardized, versioned, reusable modules. Teams declare what they need in Git; a reviewed change becomes a running system through continuous reconciliation. No tickets, no drift, no side-channel changes. The code is the documentation.

Security is a property of the platform, not a workstream.

Scanning, signing, policy-as-code gates, and admission control run on every change automatically. Change management comes out of the box: every change is reviewed, approved, versioned, and auditable by construction. Onboarding a new engineer or an external vendor means reading the repos, not a wiki.

Any substrate, no forced lock-in.

Your data center, any hyperscaler, or hybrid, with the same workflows and guardrails everywhere. Every layer has at least two viable choices; enterprise support where it earns its keep (OpenShift), open alternatives everywhere (OKD, upstream Kubernetes). Your platform, your repos, your IP. We leave clean.

And agents already know how.

A codified, declarative platform is an interface AI agents natively understand. Everything the platform provides, an agent can use: change configurations and platform services, add or upgrade operators and dependencies, provision environments, deploy applications, all through the same reviewed, policy-gated Git flow engineers use. Anyone in the organization, developer or not, working with an agent can take software from idea to production alone, inside your enforced security and quality standards.

Self-service above

Self-service access sits on reusable modules, which sit on the platform substrate. Everything is declared in the repositories you own.

Self-service access for every role sits above reusable modules, the platform substrate, and a Git foundation. A reviewed change runs through continuous reconciliation into every layer, and every layer has at least two viable choices.
Proven numbers

Weeks become minutes.

Before
With the platform

New environment ready

Before
~15 days
With the platform
~10 minutes

Deployment effort

Before
~10 man-hours
With the platform
~half an hour
And when delivery is instant, the constraint moves to writing software, which agents now accelerate too. The bottleneck ends up at product decisions.

How we deliver

Projects

Built with you.
Owned by you.

Platform design, build, and migration with combined teams from day one. Structured knowledge transfer: your team learns the platform, the frameworks, the conventions, and the operational model.
When the project ends, your team runs it independently, with full ownership of the codebase and the know-how.
Operations & Support

Operated as our own.

24/7 SLA for platform and DevOps operations, backed by twenty years of operating and supporting client systems.
Flexible scoping by environment and team maturity, with progressive handover as your team grows into the platform.
The standard demo is live: declare an environment as a commit, watch the security gates run (refusals included), watch reconciliation deploy it and observability light up. It is our delivery standard across engagements, not a lab.
