End-to-End
Observability Platform

One open stack. Questions in plain English, answers with evidence.
Metrics, logs, traces, and security events live in four tools, four consoles, and four formats, and the incident falls in the gaps between them. We build one open observability foundation you own, on your infrastructure, with an AI assistant on top that any engineer can interrogate in plain language.

01 / Concept

Every signal.
One substrate.

Metrics, logs, traces, and security events land on the same substrate, on your infrastructure. Correlation becomes a query, and any engineer can investigate in plain language.
Four signals, one data model End-to-End Observability Platform
Signals
Metrics Infrastructure and application health.
Logs Application and system events.
Traces Requests across distributed services.
Security events On the same substrate, not a separate silo.
One open observability foundation
Owned by you, on your infrastructure Every signal lands on the same substrate, so correlation is a query. Security and operations see the same truth.
Investigation
Any engineer can interrogate the estate Ask in plain language: "Why is the portal slow right now?"
Full-stack collection: infrastructure health, application performance, user experience.
Metrics, logs, traces, and security events converge into one open observability foundation deployed on your infrastructure. From there, any engineer can interrogate the estate in plain language.
Who it's for

Four consoles. One estate. Zero correlation.

Correlating mid-incident is manual archaeology.

01
The metric spike is in one tool, the error log in another, the trace in a third, and the security event that explains all three in a fourth. Twenty minutes of context-gathering before diagnosis even starts.

Proprietary observability is a tax.

02
Heavy licenses that grow with your data, and your telemetry held in someone else's format. Legacy APM suites carry exactly the lock-in and cost curve the rest of your stack escaped years ago.
What we build

Everything on one substrate.
Including security.

One open observability foundation, deployed on your infrastructure and owned by you: metrics, logs, traces, and dashboards, with security events on the same substrate rather than in a separate silo. Full-stack collection from infrastructure health through application performance to user experience: APM, real user monitoring, synthetic checks. Correlated into actionable signals across every layer, augmented by AI-driven anomaly detection, predictive alerting, and automated root cause analysis. Open source or commercial components, based on what fits; the architecture is ours, the stack is yours.

The investigation assistant

Ask the estate a question: "Why is the portal slow right now?" The assistant runs the real queries across metrics, logs, and traces, follows service dependencies to the failing component, and returns the answer with the evidence attached, the generated queries visible underneath it. Any engineer can interrogate the estate, not just the three who know the query languages.
Read-only by design. It investigates and recommends. It never touches the systems.

Where it's heading

A persistent service-topology map, and an autonomous deep-dive loop that investigates anomalies before anyone asks. Both in development; both land on the platform you already own, not on a new one.
02 / Investigation

From question
to decision

Context and evidence come first. The assistant investigates and recommends; the engineer decides the next action.

An engineer asks a plain-language question. Inside its read-only zone, the assistant runs the real queries, follows service dependencies to the failing component, and returns an answer with the evidence attached. The engineer makes the decision; the assistant never changes the systems.
Why one platform

The incident doesn't care
which console you're in.

One data model.

Every signal lands on the same substrate, so correlation is a query, not a war-room exercise.

Security and operations see the same truth.

The SIEM event and the latency spike stop being two tickets in two systems.

Yours, and open.

No per-gigabyte ransom, no format lock-in, no vendor telemetry. The stack runs where your data lives.

AI-ready by construction.

An assistant is only as good as the data it can reach. One substrate is what makes plain-language investigation possible.

How we deliver

Projects

Built with you.
Owned by you.

Platform design and build on your infrastructure, log-source and telemetry onboarding, dashboard and alert engineering, knowledge transfer throughout.
Operations & Support

Operated as our own.

24/7 operation under SLA: platform health, capacity, onboarding of new sources, alert tuning, and the continuous fight against noise, backed by twenty years of operating and supporting client systems.
Bring a live incident from last month. We'll show you what the investigation looks like when everything is on one substrate.
